Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery within the USA typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Free standard shipping on orders of $30 or more. A flat rate of $5.95 applies to orders under $30.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please double check your name, address and contact details before placing your order. Dotted Zebra LLC is not liable for missing or incorrect orders caused by incorrect delivery or contact information entered at checkout.

Returns

You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging. The customer pays the return postage, and original shipping fees are not refunded.

To start a return, email hello@dottedzebra.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund.
