SOLARA ships once your order is placed. US orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love SOLARA. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@dottedzebra.com within 30 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless the product is defective, in which case we will offer a full replacement or refund.
How long does one tube last?
One 30mL tube typically lasts 4–6 weeks with daily face use, depending on how generously you apply. Using it on the face only, most customers get around 6 weeks from a single tube.
